IT Metrohub is currently seeking professionals to serve as mentors for our students. At IT Metrohub, we strongly believe in fostering a supportive learning environment as an integral part of our educational journey. Our mentoring program aims to support current and future students in their growth as analysts and developers. As an IT Metrohub Mentor, you will be an integral part of our expanding global network of developers, coders, analysts, and technology professionals.

During our pairing process, we strive to create optimal mentor-mentee pairs based on shared interests, skill sets, and program alignment.

IT Metrohub is looking for individuals who can:

1. Engage in bi-weekly communication with students.
2. Provide a preferred method of communication and be responsive to outreach.
3. Serve as advocates, coaches, and advisors, sharing both technical and professional expertise.
