Job Placement

Our school's main objective is to help our students land a tech job. We have designed a multi-step process to eliminate any possible obstacles. Our school's performance depends on our ability to support our students in finding and securing positions in the tech industry.

We have created solid partnerships with corporations as well as small to midsize companies in the region to develop a talent pipeline.

Throughout the cohorts, our partners have committed to conducting simulated interviews.

To support students’ development, companies could provide mentors directly to students.

During the last two weeks of the program, host an open house to assess student work and conduct interviews for available positions.

ITmetrohub sets itself apart from other schools by allowing students to start working as freelancers while they are still enrolled in our Student Entrepreneurship program.

Throughout class, students will construct their profiles and start attracting clients.

The nuances of finding contract work and professional development will be covered for students.

In order to find contract jobs, we have also established a subsidiary to help in theonboarding process.

We will be able to directly hire our students for contract and staffing positions through PSS.
With PSS, students will be able to learn about and obtain experience in the sector.
Students at ITMetroHub  will be given priority in filling positions before any positions become open to outside resources..
